About Project
This supply contract involved the end-to-end sourcing, inspection, and delivery of wellhead assemblies and casing/tubing pipes to a major offshore drilling site. The scope covered vendor qualification, third-party inspection, quality certification, and safe transport of materials to the offshore base. All components were manufactured and certified in line with API 6A and API 5CT standards, ensuring compliance with global oil and gas requirements.
Our Approach And Solution
To mitigate risks, we deployed a fast-track supply chain strategy supported by our global vendor network. Key steps included:
- Partnering with API-certified manufacturers to ensure equipment authenticity.
- Engaging independent third-party inspectors to verify compliance and performance specifications.
- Delivering complete QA/QC packages including mill test certificates, pressure test records, and material traceability reports.
- Coordinating multimodal transport to ensure safe and timely delivery to the offshore base.
